It’s Homecoming week and we have great events planned. It is Spirit Week so dress up in tye dye on Monday, camouflage on Tuesday, workout attire on Wednesday, Disney theme on Thursday and Super Spirit Monte Vista colors on Friday for the Homecoming Assembly. This week our Homecoming court winners will be announced but we are saving the announcement of the queen for the game on Friday night.
Friday the Freshmen game starts at 4:30 and there will be an admission charge for this game. $7.00 for adults and $3.00 for children and Senior Citizens and always free to Monarchs with an ASB card. Many of our clubs will be selling great food items down the midway so bring your family and come and eat dinner here. The Varsity Football game starts at 7:00 p.m.
The Homecoming Dance is Saturday from 7:00 - 10:00 p.m. Students will check in with their tickets and ID at the base of the stairs leading up to the gym. Ladies, just a reminder that we can’t have spiked shoes on the gym floor. Tickets are still on sale this week. The price goes up to $35.00 at the door so buy your tickets now.
The PSAT test is Wednesday. Check in the gym at 7:00 a.m. There will be a reminder email on Tuesday night.
Have a great Homecoming week Monarchs!
This is reminder for those students taking the PSAT tomorrow morning. Please arrive to the gym at 7:00 a.m. for check in. Please get a good night’s rest, eat a good breakfast and bring your ticket, ID, pencils, calculator, snack and/or drink and a sweatshirt for the A/C in the gym. Do your best on the test.
